MTM-1A

Model MTM-1A is a Metallurgical upright Microscope with reflected illumination (Epi-illumination), suitable for observing surfaces of non-transparent objects. It is ideal for identification and analysis of structure of many kinds of materials and alloys and for IC inspection.
It is equipped with five objectives with plan-achromatic optics to achieve best image quality. The stage is wide, with a large X-Y excursion possibility. It is also equipped with a polarizer/analyzer that gives to this microscope a great versatility and possibility to work in many fields like metallography, mineralogy, electronics, silicon wafer inspection, quality control and scientific research.
