SOLUTION
Check if the power supply output voltage corresponds with that indicated on the balance label.
Make sure that the interchangeable plug of the balance universal power supply has been attached properly/completely to the power supply.
Replace the power supply with a new one.
PROBABLE CAUSES
The green light on the switch does not turn on.
The light switch is in position 1, but the oven is not working.
SOLUTION
Make sure the power cord is plugged in correctly.
Check that the fuses in the connector socket are well positioned.
Make sure that the connection cable between balance and oven is connected.

The switch on the side is not in the ON position.
The connected power supply is not the right one
SOLUTION
Insert the power plug on the rear of the printer and then plug the cable into the wall outlet
Move the slide on the side of the printer to ON position.
Make sure the power supply is the right one (12V dc 1A).
